where do you live? ive moved around a shitload a times and skipped school even more--never encounted a truancy officer...they truly are a dying breed.

New York City. Around here, they even go into Barnes and Nobles to see if kids are skipping school. It's disturbing.

What are you??? Some wild-eyed left-wing communist creep??? Do you want uneducated, foolish kids left alone and unsupervised in a dangerous place where they might develop an interest in books??? (Just the thought sends shivers of fear through me!)

okay i can see why a city like that would still require their services, the closest i've lived to a city that big is san diego. i like the idea that barnes and noble would be on a kids list of places to go when he skips, most kids i know would head off to up against the wall or some other store. but then again, thats actually prolly where i would go, 'sat how they busted you?

Recieved the new Classmates.com newsletter, a few minutes ago.
Something awfully familiar about that graduation photo!
