Hopefully someone will raise the question at the ZFT Q&A in November.

My guess is Rage hasn't been released due to legal reasons.
I'm not convinced Dance Me This was ever finished. I think its an unfinished collection of compositions in various states.

Personally I would rather see The Lost Episodes Vol2 that Gail has mentioned.
