I listen to this in the background while I'm doing other things on the computer, nearly every night. It's the first 4 tracks from Devin Townsend's "The Hummer." It's background "calm but pretty cool" ambience. When I'm on the road in hotels listening to it, it feels like I'm "home" cuz I listen to it so often there, it's sorta like an anchor for me that way. Lol, I click on the playlist that loops these four about 300 nights a year, so I guess that sorta qualifys them for this thread, haven't got tired of it yet :) :)

"The Hummer" - 15:55
"Arc" - 23:04
"Consciousness Causes Collapse" - 6:39
"Equation" - 3:16

As far as I know, you can only get it from his website HERE.

+++++++++++++

BTW, on the subject of Townsend, his new album Ki (samples here) is unlike anything that's come before (from anyone). I love it, it's great. There's some fun videos from it's construction HERE.

Manning the drums on Ki is Duris Maxwell of Temptations and Jefferson Airplane fame :)

The good news is it's "Part 1" of a 4 album "concept" set, there's gonna be some more good shit comin'. :)
