I've got 2 pms to admin sitting in my outbox which i have been unable to send. Any idea why ? Have i failed to do something very obvious

As I understand it, messages stay in your outbox until the recipient accesses it.
If it's still in your outbox, then the person you sent it to hasn't opened it yet.
