Urgh, GOSTs - I hate them. In German they are the regulations for graduation from school (Gymnasiale Oberstufen Anordnungen). But I do love Plook's spelling!

Apparently I missed the 'H' there, thanks for the help Caputh, I will try to be more careful next time...I have gotten away from spell check, guess I better use it more often... :smoke:

I like living on earth, I like living in New Zealand but most of all I really like living, the alternative is reportedly bleak.

I'm pretty happy where I am now in Adelaide, South Australia. I'm really happy with the things I'll be able to do over the next couple of years and being here is making it quite straightforward. It would be difficult almost anywhere else. Once I've got the next phase completed, that might change. So, determining a good place to be, quite often depends on what your goals are, it's not that clear cut.

Adelaide isn't a place most people would think of as one of the ten best places to live, and that's a good thing. If enough people had been there to put it on the list, you'd probably hate it.

If you don't think you live in one of the ten best places on Earth, you should move. But in your case, I think you're fine...

Too true. The down side of being overlooked is the upside of not being overrun. Although, there has been a bit of an influx over the last five years and this has played havoc with house prices. We lost a bit of money when we decided to move back here from Sydney. Mind you, it's more natural to move when your life dictates it rather than for the sake of the momentary pitfalls of capitalism.

Anywhere around the Pacific Rim or the islands in between.
