I saw Jello Biafra do a spoken word show a few years ago. I guess I hadn't seen any pictures of him that were taken after the early 90s because when he came out on stage I think I had my very first realization of, "Oh man, the punks from the 80s are getting old."

There's a page on Biafra in the Zappa special (mojo) magazine from a year or so back.
Says that Zappa was supportive during censorship battles etc

I always thought Zappa could have done a great cover of Pull My Strings from Give Me Convenience Or Give Me Death.
