Rassmussen poll has Obama and Paul as dead heat in two-man race.

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_ ... on_paul_41

http://revolutionarypolitics.tv/video/v ... o_id=18518

This is why Obama mamas are so fretfully spastic when it comes to Ron Paul. He gains in a two-man scenario...in a three-man scenario he would pull votes from both sides.

Ha! It ain't over yet...

Ron Paul Fans Conveniently Ignore His Racist Ties, Crackpot Views

http://politicsanonymous.com/2011/12/21 ... pot-views/

Quote:
I am also disturbed by Ron Paul’s association with neo confederalists and white supremacists. Ron Paul will deny that he is racist, but he has a troubling track record. Why is he is so virulently against the Civil Rights Act, why has he been pictured arm-in-arm with white supremacists and why do so many white supremacists flock to his side? And why did he get a 100 percent rating from the fascist John Birch society, a group so far right they were eventually kicked out of the right-wing movement by William F. Buckley?

I am not even going to get into the argument about the racist comments in his 1990s newsletter. Paul claimed that although his name appeared on the masthead, he was not responsible for the articles in the publication. This issue has been covered in depth by CNN, Newsone, New York magazine and several other news sources.

But that doesn’t explain why the 2008 Paul campaign refused to return a $500 donation from stormfront.com and why white supremacist William Daniel Johnson held a fundraiser for Ron Paul in 2007. Acording to the Michigan Messenger, ”Will Williams, a former leader of the National Alliance, a neo-Nazi group, posted on the neo-Nazi Vanguard News Network that white supremacy supporters should support Paul for president. ‘Till then I recommend folks get involved in the Ron Paul ‘revolution’ and work with political activists in your communities who are attracted to his anti-globalist message,’ Williams wrote. ‘Be disciplined. Blend in; find common ground with them and artfully radicalize those who are receptive and avoid those who are not.’”

Here, I cut and paste the comments section for the article at the first link in SPACEBROTHER's post.

You wrote: “Paul evidently thinks America’s race problem can be solved by freedom. In an interview with MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, Paul played down the racial problems of the 1960s, even though Matthews said he remembered seeing ‘whites only’ signs throughout the South in the 1960s. Ron Paul was also the only congressman who refused to honor the 40th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act. He later said that he would not have signed the bill.”

Well, of course he wouldn’t have signed the bill. Read up on your Ron Paul, he never signs anything which is unconstitutional. What Chris Matthews remembers, really…? Does he recall seeing Paul putting any up? Dr. Paul has delivered 4,000 babies into this world; do you suppose they were all white?

As for Paul thinking race problems can be solved by freedom…I’m confused. Lack of freedom caused race problems. Freedom is what whites and blacks have striven for, both in the Revolution and in the Civil War. We won both wars. Now we are as free as the corporatocracy (which includes banks, the military industrial/chemical complex and corrupt politics) allow us to be. We’re as free as the MSM permits us to think we are.

Ron’s right. He freely recognizes that freedom is not the answer to all ills. It is, however, the answer to most of our current ones. It’s up to us to deal with rest. Read up, kid.

Ron Paul is racist because FUCK YOU, that’s why.

Here’s a clue, take your own advice, and read. Read one of the several books that Ron Paul did write. Then, maybe you won’t make an ass of yourself misrepresenting his positions.

FAIL

Taking money from someone during a campaign doesn’t mean you “associate” w/ them nor does it mean you agree w/ their position. Also, Paul is against federal interference, not equality nor the Civil Rights Act on it’s merits. Your arguments fail logic. You’ve been confused by all the idiots who believe something becomes true simply because it has been uttered (and then write/report about it). Glad to see Americans are starting to wake up.

Pretty shitty article, bro.

Not even a Ron Paul fan.

Ron Paul: A Long History of Racism and Anti-Semitism

http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/211823/ ... blican.htm

Quote:
In June 1992, in the wake of the ‘Rodney King riots’ in Los Angeles that killed dozens and caused $1-billion of property damage, the Ron Paul Political Report wrote: “Order was only restored in L.A. when it came time for the blacks to pick up their welfare checks three days after rioting began,”

The editorial suggested that the looting and rioting was an inevitable consequence of the federal government providing blacks with “civil rights quotas, mandated hiring preferences, set-asides for government contracts, gerrymandered voting districts, black bureaucracies, black mayors, black curricula in schools, black TV shows, black TV anchors, hate crime laws, and public humiliation for anyone who dares question the black agenda.”

Paul’s screed also attacked the media for espousing the belief that “America’s number one need is an unlimited white checking account for underclass blacks.”

A few years before, in December 1989, Paul’s Investment Letter spelled out a doomsday scenario for the future, warning that “racial violence will fill our cities” because “mostly black welfare recipients will feel justified in stealing from mostly white ‘haves.’”

Quote:
In 1991, a Paul-controlled newsletter praised ex-Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke.

“Duke lost the [Senate] election [in Louisiana], but he scared the blazes out of the Establishment,” it stated.

Paul also has expressed hostility toward the Jews.

According to the Philadelphia Jewish Voice, Paul refused to return a campaign contribution in 2008 from white supremacist and notorious anti-Semite Don Black.

Paul has reportedly called Israel “evil” and has alleged that the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency, might have blown up the World Trade Center in 1993.
In 1987, an edition of Paul's Investment Letter described Israel as "an aggressive, national socialist state."

I'm disappointed in you, SPACEBROTHER. The current quality of entertainment value in your posts has diminished to the point where it comes nowhere near the supremely-ridiculous quality in much of your other posts. Simply posting the same nonsensical BS that has already been proven wrong countless times isn't going to make you achieve a higher grade. So unfortunately, I have to give you an F- (I was REALLY pulling for you). However, there's still time. If you want to earn an A+, you must study & work harder! Remember, being ultra-ridiculous isn't good enough...you have to aim for your previously-coveted and beloved title of, supremely-ridiculous quality!

Get to work...we'll ALL be waiting...

Ron Paul Video Warns of One-World Religion

Quote:
Rep. Ron Paul's presidential campaign has run into trouble recently after national media refocused on decades-old racist, homophobic, anti-Semitic, and deeply conspiratorial articles published under Paul's name (and at least occasionally under his signature) in late 1980s and early 1990s newsletters.

The Texas congressman, who defended the newsletters when they first became a political issue in 1996, has since disavowed their contents repeatedly. But in a 1998 John Birch Society film unearthed by Andy Kaczynski, Paul endorsed some of the more paranoid ideas outlined in the Ron Paul Survival Report-

Unfortunately, you're currently at an F+ grade level. But there's still hope. And don't forget, ignoring FACTS and constantly posting the same nonsensical BS that has already been PROVEN wrong is thoroughly redundant and doesn't earn you a higher grade.

You must hit the books and try MUCH harder if you want to graduate in June, SPACEBROTHER!

We're all pulling for ya!

Wow! Ron Paul has religious beliefs? How unusual for an American politician!

Are you afraid of people with religious beliefs? I know I am! In America, a person can believe any crazy thing they want, tax free! It's madness!

Freedom to be a Mormon?! That's insane!

The first candidate with the balls to come forth and proclaim atheistic tendencies gets my vote, Ron Paul or not. But it ain't gonna happen.

Barak Obama has religious beliefs, but no one knows exactly what they are. He belongs to the Trinity United Church of Christ, which is sort of a "meh, do what you want" kind of church. As a child, he was indoctrinated at both Muslim and Christian schools. Thanks a lot, mom!

He's probably an atheist, but has no balls about it.

Which is his biggest problem. He comes off as a coward with no real moral authority.

O well, I have a little time. I guess I'll resurrect the old WTFIWWY thread.

So you hate black people and Muslims. Fits the profile of a typical Ron Paul supporter and/or Republican.

What exactly in that statement makes you think I hate blacks and Muslims?

Are you trying to piss me off?

I hate all people equally, but you are beginning to carve out a special place in my heart.

The simple fact is, I don't enter into political arguments to be defamed and libeled by idiots.

You don't know a goddamned thing about me, but you think you can call me a racist bigot? Your evidence is a post about Obama's religious beliefs?

What the fuck is wrong with you? Your boy is probably going to win the election, but that isn't enough for you? You have to condemn everyone who is not for your boy? How very Soviet of you!

Well, let me say this, SPACEBROTHER...you are the most misguided, gullible, brainwashed, and completely errant fool I've ever seen wasting time posting on an obscure rock star fan forum. Your mind is totally controlled. You believe everything the corporate media tells you, and you actually think Democratic party propaganda is seriously factual.

It's apples and oranges to me, and I've done what I can to show you the difference, but you are just to stupid to learn.

But, know this motherfucker, I don't take kindly to accusations of racism and bigotry. I'm a lot less racist than you, dickhead. I tend to hate people on an individual basis, after I get to know them, and while I don't know you, I usually don't like ignorant people who think they have a corner on truth. It sickens me.

So why don't you go fuck yourself, you whiney prick?
