THIS is what he said , Spacer :

He went on to say, "If Barack Obama becomes the President in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year."

Nowhere did he use the word assassinate or threaten the sacred one in any way.

Nice spin try.

But think about this SpazmBreath , there will probably be a lot of people that will want to kill themselves if your hero stays in town. :P

That should make you happy.

That's partly how he markets himself & his products. This does look like a gun convention or .....

Every now & then he says something to get his name on the airwaves or in print. You can bet a bottle of brown hair dye on that.

If a Liberal, or a Muslim, a black person, a Hispanic or other group of poeple not necessarilly aligned with the Rethuglican party generally speaking were to make the same comments like Ted Nugent frequently does, Conservatives would label them as terrorists/insurgents.

It's time to vote the Republican party out of the US government, or they will be the end of Democracy and the creation of a police state controlled by the energy industry, Wall Street and the banks.

Norwegian mass-murderer Breivik reproduces Glenn Beck's opinions at his trial:

"The majority of young people were brainwashed and naive, indoctrinated by schools or their parents. They were not innocents but they actively upheld multicultural values. Many people had leading positions in the Labour Party youth wing and were on county boards. They were in many ways similar to Hitler Youth at an indoctrination camp."

Beck: "There was a shooting at a political camp, which sounds a little like, you know, the Hitler youth. I mean, who does a camp for kids that's all about politics? Disturbing."

I guess Republicans go ape-shit when a democrat talking head mildly criticizes Mrs. Romney, but they smile and have nothing to say when someone like Ted Nugent - who has a huge following - says that Obama and Hillary should SUCK ON HIS M-16 (or whatever those automatic weapons were that he was swinging around on stage). Nugent also calls BO a "piece of shit."

The right LOVES this guy! Haven't heard anything from Pedro or Bravo here either.... Here's the link again. It's rich.

SpaceDouche , We all know you hate people that are different than you .
Very liberal , open-minded , tolerant and HYPOCRITICAL .

We know you love to post your little temper tantrums and you're silly little cartoons ( you'll never be as good as Jimmie D ), and rant and rave about some imaginary one party rule , but spare us the racist shit that you post.

It takes a very small mind to not understand that some , and probably most , people don't like the current administration for the policies it rams down the average taxpayers throats. Now let me use that word again.. POLICIES .

I wonder , do you and your friends , if you have any , sit around , pound down a few glasses of wine , and tell each other about the , supposed , racists that you meet during the week ? Do you win every time with your story ? :?

This statement reveals an ugliness within you that is uncomfortable to even read. It doesn't matter that you are joking. It's vile and hateful and crosses a line. You should be ashamed to have let yourself get to the point where you would say something like that.

It's one thing to express an opinion for/against another opinion, or in this case, a visual and aurally documented fact about Ted Nugents terrorist threat, but to even make a comment about murdering another person, even if it is intended to be a joke goes way beyond any reasonable conversation or debate well into personal threat territory. Maybe he won't carry on with his threat, but the fact that he said it in the first place, puts it out there.

We all saw the end result of the crosshairs over the top of Democrat Gabrielle Giffords district on Sarah Palins Facebook page. Giffords had multiple run-ins with gun toting tea bagging Right Wingnuts prior to her assasination attempt.

Sarah Palin's 'Crosshairs' Ad Dominates Gabrielle Giffords Debate

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/sarah-pa ... d=12576437

No connection has been made between this graphic and the Arizona shooting, but it has put the Palin team somewhat on the defensive. Rebecca Mansour, a spokesperson for SarahPac, told conservative commentator Tammy Bruce, "We never imagined, it never occurred to us that anybody would consider it violent." Insisting she was speaking for herself, and not on behalf of Palin, Mansour added, "We never ever, ever intended it to be gun sights."

However, following the initial controversy over the "crosshairs" last year, Palin issued her now oft repeated rallying cry, "Don't retreat. RELOAD."

.............................................................................................................................

You ever notice that whenever a Conservative is called a racist, that their number one response is always, "no, you're the racist"? That is the basis of their entire response. Just look at pedro2's last reponse...

The car in the pool incident happened in Flint, Mi. (my home town) and although the name of the hotel has been changed to The Days Inn and the pool has been filled in, those of us in the know still regard it as something of a rock & roll landmark to decadence. Although reports are hazy at best, it would've been cool to find out the name of the dentist who was awakened out of a sound sleep around 3 in the morning to do emergency work on Moon The Loon's chipped (broken) tooth. I suppose all the police records must have been destroyed long ago as well. *sigh :|

I saw a Roger Daltrey (he was capeless at the time) interview where he mentioned a Moon car in the pool incident and the pool was located on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel? Roger also claimed that as time went on there were rules developed regarding the TV out the window, it had to be switched on and connected with a very long extension cord, so it had a picture till impact....you gotta love those guys.

Chief resigns over Occupy pepper-spraying

The police chief who oversaw the University of California, Davis, police department during its notorious pepper-spraying of Occupy protesters is stepping down.

UC Davis spokesman Barry Shiller said Annette Spicuzza told the school she is retiring effective Thursday.

Spicuzza told the Sacramento Bee that she does not want the November 18 incident to define her or the university, and she's leaving so everyone involved can move forward.

"For the past seven years, I have accomplished many good things for both the police department and community here at UC Davis; and am grateful to those of you who have remembered this," she wrote to the paper.

Spicuzza has been on paid leave since the incident, along with Lieutenant John Pike, who sprayed the orange liquid into the faces of protesters who were seated on a sidewalk.

Last week, a task force led by a retired California Supreme Court justice issued a report that blamed the incident on poor planning, communication and decision-making at all levels of the school administration.

The report was especially critical of Spicuzza, Pike and UC Davis Chancellor Linda Katehi.

Interesting how Ted Nugent chose the 17th anniversary of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City bombing by fellow Right Winger Timothy McVeigh to make yet another death threat against President Barack Obama...

More on Ted Nugent's assassination threats against President Barack Obama and his calls for his fanbase to "chop ther heads off" in regards to Democrats/Liberals...

http://video.msnbc.msn.com/nightly-news ... /#47093022

Quote:
18 USC § 871 - Threats against President and successors to the Presidency -

(a)Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits for conveyance in the mail or for a delivery from any post office or by any letter carrier any letter, paper, writing, print, missive, or document containing any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States, the President-elect, the Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President of the United States, or the Vice President-elect, or knowingly and willfully otherwise makes any such threat against the President, President-elect, Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President, or Vice President-elect, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Quote:
Penalties

Threatening the President of the United States is a class D felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. The offense is punishable by five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, a $100 special assessment, and 3 years of supervised release. Internet restrictions such as a prohibition on access to email have been imposed on offenders who made their threats by computer. The U.S. Sentencing Guidelines set a base offense level of 12 for sending threatening communication, but when a threat to the President is involved, a 6-level "official victim" enhancement applies. Moreover, "an upward departure may be warranted due to the potential disruption of the governmental function." Further enhancements can apply if the offender evidenced an intent to carry out the threat (6-level enhancement); made more than two threats (2-level enhancement); caused substantial disruption of public, governmental, or business functions or services (4-level enhancement); or created a substantial risk of inciting others to harm federal officials (2-level enhancement). Since each 6-level increase approximately doubles the Guidelines sentencing range, it is not particularly rare for an offender who threatens the President to receive a sentence at or near the maximum, especially if he has a criminal history and/or does not qualify for a reduction for acceptance of responsibility. There is a 4-level decrease available for a threat involving a "single instance evidencing little or no deliberation", which would usually apply to spur-of-the-moment verbal threats. The maximum penalty for threatening a United States judge or a Federal law enforcement officer is 10 years imprisonment — double the maximum penalty for threatening the President.

This asshole* is/was a UC police chief on campus, that's in Davis. There are two freakin' seperate police forces. One is Davis PD,and the other is the campus cops.(Boy do they want to be and act like real Davis cops) The campus cops have a very limited space to exercise there"student protection techniques" so they wander out of their juristiction and do crap like this:
A friend of mine was kid sitting(the twins are 10,and they oldest boy 12) when the oldest said to her "the're cops at the door".She didn't really believe him,but there they were. This was in Davis, about three miles from the UCD campus. This was the kids first home since they're parents had divorced. So she's polite (thinking they are Davis cops-6 of them) and asks how can she help them. They acted like she was the criminal and had no right to question them at all!(you know how they are.) They where there on official business and wanted to know where the kids dad was.She replied,"he's never lived here and has only been here 2 or 3 times and that was last year anyway".(to pick up the kids) They then asked if they could search the house "just to make sure he's not in there" She asked them why they needed to find him** and no they can't come in the house.Of course their reply was "what are you hiding, why won't you co-operate" blah, blah, same old shit. The oldest kid handed her a phone with his mom on the other end. She then handed it to Spicuzza, she wasn't chief yet, after a sec,she hands the phone back to the her,the adult sitter. She is then informed by the kids mom, that they are not Davis cops and tell them to "get the hell off of her property'.She then asked them to leave and closed the door. This did not sit well with Spicuzza, and she and another cop started to yell things about the father of the kids.Stupid shit to an adult, like he camped on UC property without a permit and when they see him he's going to jail, yadda, yadda. Now this is nothing to me.But those kids love their dad whether or not he "camped" on UC property. For them to insult him and call him a criminal that's running from the law in front of his kids is horrible enough! But on her orders as a LT.in the UCD police force,I know she is a mean spirited person, she had absolutely no authority or juristiction,no laison between the Davis cops, nothin' but a desire to punish a dad,who was not even there,in front of the kids.I'm glad she quit.Don't be fooled, they play this out to look like she's moving on for the betterment of all.Gee,what a wonderful woman, falling on her sword for the rest of us.A bunch of crap is what it is, and will always be,until we get rid of campus police. These are the cops that others have rejected from their force.I've never heard of any dialog between students and the UCD police, until after the pepper spray incident.Just getting rid of her is a good thing.I know the Butch Dyke's will miss her.I won't.

* Ladies you can be an asshole too!
** It's a $60 dollar fine to sleep in your car on campus property

Really Noomis ?? Did I threaten anyone ?? Did I say I would want to put a gun in your hero's mouth ?

NO

I'm not ashamed and your little hissy fit about something you THINK I said just shows what kind of people you and Spacer are.
You guys take everything out of context and try to spin in in a way that's beneficial to your lame argument. Hell , boys , a barrel of a gun would probably fit nicely in your mouths too.

You guys come on here pretending to be so fuckin righteous in everything you post and Stevie Wonder could see that your are both full of shit. ANYBODY that doesn't have your view of the world is wrong in your minds. How fucking pathetic and hypocritical. I remember when Democrats would listen to another viewpoint, but not you Democrats.

You want to call me a racist ? Tell that to my black neighbor that I just gave a 97 Olds to , because he's out of work and his wife's car just died. Tell that to the black guy at work where I was fired from for asking if the manager there was racist because he wouldn't give my black buddy a promotion. Then go and tell the Ohio Job & Family services ( Unemployment ) that wanted me to bring a suit against the manager.

I'll give you two the same respect you give others that don't agree with you. It only takes two words , and they aren't Aunt Jemimah. :P

Noomis and SpasmBreath , you two should be ashamed of calling yourselves Democrats. Hell , you should be ashamed of not having any thoughts of your own , but I guess we can blame your tunnel vision and lack of understanding and creative thinking on that , huh ?

But , hey , thanks for the chuckles

Deadly blasts hit Baghdad, Kirkuk and other Iraq cities

A series of deadly blasts has struck a number of Iraqi cities, killing at least 35 people and injuring 100 more, police say.

Explosions were reported in the capital, Baghdad, and in Baquba, Kirkuk, Samarra, Dibis and Taji.

Reports said that security forces appeared to be the main target.

Iraq has seen a decline in the overall level of violence in recent years but still suffers bomb attacks on a daily basis.[MGG's underline]

The BBC's Rami Ruhayem in Baghdad says this appears to have been a co-ordinated series of attacks.
