Although coevad still listens to his four FZ compilation releases two days a week along with a raspy old one-sided cassette of seven Captain Beefheart tunes on Sunday evenings music truly fills the air of his abode with a wide range of the newest releases from Lady Ga Ga to Rihanna, Justin Bieber to Kings Of Leon and Pink to The Scissor Sisters with some Green Day and Nickelback included for something with some serious edge to it.

Batty is really rather relieved that the Batty Award is a thing of the past...

Caputh is still nostalgic for the days I was freely handing out Batty Awards as he suddenly discovered a hitherto unrealized erotic stimulation at their very sight!

Batty got his nickname when someone saw thousands of bats escaping his not so secret basement as left after a long night of arranging his beeker collection... :smoke:

Plook drives halfway across Kalifornika to keep a date with the Golf Fairy. Maybe this time he'll find out what happens in the nineteenth hole. He's excited. Meanwhile, Grey_Ghost wonders why he got passed over. He's pissed at the Pope.

Pope Jim never wonders about the pass-over. He just accepts it as part of his daily routine.

Caputh is debating hiring cheap labor to tunnel from his not so secret basement to the Papal not so secret basement to find out what's really going on... :smoke:

Plook wonders if he should tell Calvin that the only reason Frank hired him is because he couldn't afford R. Crumb.

Pop Jim is considering abdicating the Papal Seat, he has fallen in love and may need to travel to San Francisco to get married…like all true love he did not seek it out, but instead it crossed his path while waddling along the back allies of Vatican City. He came across a trendy looking stray dog and took it back to his Papal apartment where he discovered it could speak and did it go on and on. He then decided to name it and so he called it Gary, his affection for the Papal Pooch grew and grew. Then one day when he was out looking for some food, he came in to find Gary at the computer typing away, posting his Pontiff Pooch ramblings for all to see. It was then and there that he decided he was in it for life with his fore legged friend.

Geeze I'm exhausted...

If Plook thinks he's gonna dump that scurvy dog on me, I got a chapel with some cheap-assed paintings on the ceiling that he might want to park his snot-rocket in. He can have it for a Big Mac, a dime bag and a bent five iron, but only if he keeps the dog.

Coevad almost crapped his britches when he read in People magazine that Plook and Gary had turned up in Cabo San Plookus. Plook's hanging out at Cabo Wabo, schmoozing with Sammy and the Waboritas, soaking up tequila and comping hourly knobbo jobbos. Gary's cruising the red light district, eating Chinese and Italian out of dumpsters and sniffing out some street grade *SPAM*. The streetwalkers think Gary's adorable, especially when he barks: "Hootnanny!"

Pope Jim realized he had made a huge doggy mistake letting Gary get away, he has decided to bring in the Vatican Papal Pontiff Legal Team (VPPLT) to sue for owner ship of his beloved pooch... :smoke:

Meanwhile Plook puts in another eighteen holes with the Golf Fairy, who claims that he can't drive 55.

As Plook dips his wheatberry toast in seal blubber/gruyere fondue (recipe courtesy of the ZutboF Family Trust), he fondly remembers his many knobbo jobbos at Cabo Wabo. That Sammy sure knows how to show a fellow a good time.

Pope Jim as a boy growing up before he became a man of the cloth, came from a small willage where Fondue was almost unheard of. There were stories that the rich family that lived on hill had the magical cheese maker, few had been to the house of the family who ran the manure plant that employed the whole town, he had a truly shitty childhood. When He became Pontiff his fondue frenzy started...fondues of silver, fondue of gold and finally his ultimate honor to the melting pot…he had Sistine Chapel reworked so that Adam and Gods hands in the Creation are holding fondue forks lavishly dipping bread into a fondue full of golden melted cheese.
