It takes more than 4 years to wipe out 8 years of Republican mess.

Apparently 1928 is the last time a republican ticket that didn't include Nixon or a Bush won......it'll be Jeb

Hillary Clinton will be president in a landslide in the next election, for two reasons:

1.) Everyone is waiting for a trully qualified woman (they are ready and she fits the bill...no pun intended).
2.) The reps not only don't understand what happened last night, they don't even get it.

Get ready for the same stupidness from them in 4 years... :smoke:

She'll be 69 then (no pun intended either lol). Not sure she would be interested.

a sad loss. i believe fz liked and was influenced by carter's music. the "influenced" part is my own speculation after listening to carter.

I don't know if this technically counts, but...

"Famed Puerto Rican boxer Hector ''Macho'' Camacho is clinically brain dead, doctors said Thursday, though they said family members were disagreeing on whether to take him off life support."

I'm not really much of a boxing fan, and the story sounds tragic, but, are non-hunting/non-antique type guns really that necessary?

Mother, Mary & Joseph!

Mr. Hagman and my Father shared the exact same date of birth. When I told him that he officially outlived him, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said that Larry had some of health problems over the years leading to a liver transplant ( due to heavy drinking) and that he (my Dad) has been lucky enough to not have any major health troubles. He's been sober since 1976 and hasn't smoked since 1968 and for that I thank him. Rock on Pappy!

Hey now, don't be too upset.

It's all a dream!

No, not the year that JR got shot. The dream year was when Bobby died.

And it was Kristen, Plook.

Hagman really was one of the good guys.
Amusing and subversive - if one watched closely. Dallas started off as a soap opera and ended as a documentary.
Watched an interview with Piers Mor(g)o[a]n recently where Moron asked [I'm citing from memory] "But you were always so evil as JR!" and Hagman answered "Evil? I was just your typical Dallas businessman!"
Plus he really tried to help Keith Moon.
And promoted solar power.
What a guy.

Michael Dunford, a BIG part of one of my favorite band RENAISSANCE died November 20th
http://renaissancetouring.com/2012/11/m ... sses-away/

I don't know how many of you have heard about this band and, unlesss I'm mistaken, I'm the first one to talk about Michael Dunford's death. And combined with the recent back injury of lead singer Annie Haslam. Let's say this was not welcomed.

I'm pretty sad. There's not much bands these days that does that unique kind of music.
Bless Annie and the rest of the band. Hope time will heal.
:(
