The original 200 motels vinyl was on UA, United Artists. IIRC it was a tan label with a dark brown UA logo.
Sound was less than spectacular even on my mutant teenage Hi-fieeee.

I should have quoted The_Acadian_2 to make this clear. It hasn't pissed me off for twenty years that the Old Masters have release numbers but it certainly makes little sense. Doug has a point, but they could have just given the mystery LPs new release numbers as opposed to the whole sets. Then the Mystery CD would just have those two numbers just like every other doubled up release.

Just got my 2012 re-issues from Amazon today.Apostophe,Joe's Garage Acts 1,2,and 3,Overnight Sensation,Hot Rats,One Size Fits All,and Grand Wazoo.
No issues with all but one-Grand Wazoo.Does not play in my laptop,sony bluray player,or my high-end Oppo BDP-95 universal player.I noticed on the reviews posted after the July releases that 4 other people had the same problem with Wazoo.
Is this just a bad batch from the manufacturer that they have fixed or is it ongoing ?
