Who was he and why did he arrange some of the orchestral elements of WOIIFTM.
Well, as far as I can tell it was a section that was better placed in a piece used on Lumpy Gravy that found it's way into Mother People on WOIIFTM.
Just doesn't seem like FZ to use somebody to arrange some of the music?

Yes, that confirms that he conducted the material and that is what I always thought from the sleeve notes of WOIIFTM. It was the info on (gulp) Wikipedia that has thrown me. It says "Sid Sharp, orchestral arrangements on Mother People, Absolutely Free and The Chrome Plated Megaphone of Destiny.

I wonder where the fuck it got that info from. It also lists the musicians differently to the original sleevenotes.

On a separate note I can't seem to find any other info on this 'Hollywood' veteran?
Edit, i have found info on him........for some reason I was thinking that I wouldn't. Must have searched unsuccessfully in the past.
