Plook carries a torch for Kathie Lee Gifford. Some nights, when he's hard at work in the Utility Fondue Research Kitchen, he blasts her Carnival Cruise jingle on an endless loop. If only he could see her now.

Pope Jim would never idolize a celebrity. He's too busy maintaining a certain "jenay say qua"

Plook would never exacerbate when he can be recalcitrant.

Calvin speaks French like a Chinaman and spells it like a Plook. (Je ne sais quoi)

Plook once got on a bus to head to Centerville, but wound up in Xanadu, skating with ONJ.

Caputh wrote all of Karen Carpenter's lyrics and some of Tenille's. He also wrote a sonnet about Margaret Thatcher.

Not only did Pope Jim write all of Ted Nugent's lyrics, he also taught him how to bow-hunt.

calvin hunts Californians and receives absolution from Pope Jim

Btw. my sonnet about Margaret Thatcher began...
"Shall I compare thee to a bummer's day?
Thou art more ugly and less temperate".

Shakespeare stole it, of course (as usual) and made it more commercial.

Calvin drove the entire length of the Highway to Hell in 1997. In the end, he arrived at his starting point.

That was part of Pope Jim's hubble-scope that exploded in Siberia this morning. He's in orbit now making repairs. Totally pissed, though. One of the alter boys forgot his space wrench.

Pope Jim's best pick-up line: "Hi there. You're not a cop, are you?"

Calvin's worried about next week's episode of Beaver Stampede. Adele thinks her Grammy win entitles her to an extra $250 and Calvin's sponsors (Mabel's Truckstop Diner and Ed's Mudflap Emporium) won't cough it up. He may have to settle for Reba McEntire. Blecch! There aren't enough little blue pills in all of Nebraska to get Calvin excited about Reba.

Pope Jim starting singing "One Bad Apple" by the Osmonds when he was in the middle of eating spaghetti in a five star restaurant. It was downgraded the next day to one star/questionable.

Plook is a big Reba fan. He can't wait to see Calvin mount up.
