I don't know how many times this needs to be said, but for some reason this is not understood...the national security briefings have stuff in there we will never know that causes the need for these attacks...the bad guys want to kill you and your family right down to your babies, they don’t like you even if you support them, they will cut your throat and everyone you loves.

I usually agree with most of your posts and you do make some good points above...but defining or referring to Capitalism in the same light as Imperialism, Corporatism or the US Military Industrial Complex, is not ANYWHERE near the correct way of looking at or defining Capitalism accurately. However, I would admit that Capitalism has inadvertently aided the aforementioned three systems in some ways.

But I still don't understand why most here think Capitalism is evil, especially considering what I've explicitly gone over for it seems like pages now, not to mention the freedoms (or relative freedoms) it's given people. The majority of businesses are NOT greedy assholes trying to rip you or I off. They're mostly hard working people trying to make a living by creating capital for themselves and their families. There is NOTHING wrong with that. It should be beyond clear by now that if Capitalism never existed, Socialists/Communists would more than likely be running the world and we probably wouldn't even have the technology developed, let alone the freedom given to us for discussing these things on a message board, etc.

It's not Capitalism that destroys...it's Imperialism, Corporatism and the US Military Industrial Complex that does.

We agree more than you think, look what the W administration did, and there are many examples over the past 60 years and I am sure other misguided leaders will come in the future, that is the risk of our Democracy.

But I don't think President Obama was faking his first election and I think he wanted to close Gitmo and do all the other very left things.
