Castorium is a product made from beaver reproductive glands. It's often used in ice cream.

I'll never eat it again in my life.

Where do you buy your ice cream? Check the ingredients, I checked several at the store the other day none had it.

There is always something, when you eat clams 25 % of the mass is their gonads... :smoke:

That's because I misspelled it: it's castoreum. Castorium is the Dutch name. Look for Castor, the simple "aroma", E904. It doesn't even have to show on the ingredient's list, "natural flavoring" is often used. The beaver has to die in order to produce it though.

Well that may be but the stuff I buy does not say natural flavoring. I have heard of this many items claim natural flavoring, and may or may not have your ingredient, so that sucks. I checked what i have in the freezer it has cream suger eggs and vanilla.

Speaking of Beavers,
I didn't think of the pun connotations until after I wrote that out. I lmao when I looked up! No offence I'll glandly<teehee> take it down if you'd prefer BBP.I thought it added flavor it made me so gland, I'm so gland, I'm gland, I'm gland I'm gland.

Seriously Bonny dearest, if you want to see some beautiful pictures of nature and space. Subscribe to the "image of the day" or week from NASA picture of the day or week newsletter. There's some really far out and I mean really far out by light years pictures and some as small as the smallest thing you can think of and just as beautiful with all other views thrown in.
On top of that you learn something new everyday too. They have these couple of paragraphs always full of surprise's of wonderment for the head. Like The Jefferson Airplane & Grace Slick sang feed your head, feed your head. The real life nature world is more exciting than a lot of things we immerse ourselves in without a thought. It helps to keep our little big selves real about this planet of ours. Now with The ISS and Hubble and more, we can see ourselves in a new light. One of hope and beauty with all nations working to better our understanding of the Universe. Like commies & socialistic pigs, not like those capitalistic "Higgs-Boson can we market and sell it?" guy's. It's really cool and I think you'd enjoy it. Space is wickedly sexy too!

When they grow up, we're what's for dinner! Did you ever wonder what it would be like to be a "fresh-kill". They'll be glad to oblige you in a few years.

Got some catching up to do! It's because I don't partake in silly forum games like "post a random GIF" or "bully the newbie".

Birds love peanuts!

Probably because you need more people to march & give orders, then gather in large halls to drink beer & sing songs, than you can get/make at home.
