That's great! I know some forums that haven't been posted on in weeks. :)

Nothin' yet I just got up an hour ago. I have to fix a flat on a friends Jeep, then have some blood drawn for the Doc. Then it's pick up a camera for Sat. Cool Davis gig in the park. 12 bands 2 stages from 2:00 'till 10:pm. Real exciting stuff! :lol:

1] Lost my internet connection.
2] Learned the modem's power cable can stop working, yet still supply enough current to keep the "On" light lit.

Got up and went to work. Then spent 4 hours painting my porch. Now I'm realizing what a crappy job I did. :lol:

Columbus knew what he was doing, if he had gone the other way he would have sailed off the edge...

Spent the day collecting walnuts. I've got so many fucking walnuts this year. They fall like mini-bombs on to my roof, my garden and my drive. I've collected as many of the good ones as I think we can possibly eat and am now distributing plastic bags to needy, walnutless people in the neighbourhood.

We know the haters are in the wrong.

Can we love them into being right?

I love walnuts! :mrgreen: The best one I ever had fell on my head as I was walking by. A fine tasting walnut coated with the sweet sauce of revenge.

If anyone's in need of love, I'm willing to provide. Here, have a hug on the house! {}

I wonder if Keith Richards ate the coconut that fell on his head? :lol:

EDIT: Smothered in a fine Jamaican rum sauce, served cold. :wink:

Same here, Caputh.

However, I don't have quite the number of walnuts that you seem to be harvesting. Takes me a couple of days to get a five gallon bucket filled. The squirrels tend to have the run of the trees in my yard. We find a way to share among our species though. Do you roast them or just eat them right out of the shell? The North American variety of Black Walnut is far too bitter to eat with much pleasure so I cook them for about 10 min. add a little sea salt and I've got a nice (Would You Like A) snack for the next couple of days.
