 I've been waiting for the movie since I bought Live At The Roxy (the album) when it came out and there was talk of a movie of same to follow soon!

I believe soon is at least a little closer than the last time I heard it, hopefully.

I believe we are approaching the ZFT's "feels like the right time portal" about now. Then if it leads to the right quadrant we should see it sometime this light year.
Look to the sky's! I'm not rolling my eyes, I'm watching the fuckin' sky's!

No release date mentioned other than the fact that it'd be hitting theaters near us in December of 2013. Maybe they are using a different calendar in their stenopool...

You all are so hung up! Years, decades, millennia...details, details details. I say ROXY IS HERE. Where is 'here' and what does 'here' mean.

I think Jet Li is watching it in the other multiverse.

And elsewhere is not here, or where we are.

Musictoday emailed me after an inquiry and said they have no information on a RBP shipping date, but they do have my order.

This might be true if consumers got so disgusted that they didn't buy RBP. But they will. Maybe casual fans will say fuck it, but not most.

Casual fans won't even be aware of this situation, much less lose sleep over it.

I will probably buy this if the reviews are favourable.

It's 1973 Roxy band Frank Zappa for fucks sake. If you need to wait for reviews to make a decision about buying this then you are a not a real fan and also a dumbbell.

This dumbbell's still waiting for reviews :smoke:

This might be funny to some of you who already noticed - but I just realized how far from the mark this has really landed... and no updated ship date still. It's becoming quite the joke now... and I am a very patient man.

Patience Is A Virtue....

I for one do not find any humour in the delays, and but also, any humour in the fanatical dialogue of such.

I've called into MusicToday Customer Service on a few occasions since the ship date has evolved. I have made it a point to inform them that I am steadfast a patient customer. I see no reason to invest any energies in anything but patience and enjoy the project when it arrives in my mailbox.

When I last spoke to a MusicToday customer rep earlier this week he informed me that he had his fingers crossed and that they were hoping to receive RoxyByProxy tomorrow January 10, 2014. He also informed me that the far majority of fans remain patient, while there has been reports of a very small amount of forum members cancelling their orders, the far majority of customers that have placed pre-orders remain patient.

I have really got to remember to log in before I open posts so I don't see Trendy's "and but also" crap. It's surprising that his arrogant use of that phrase is far more obnoxious to me than the continued delays of this release, but there it is.

Normally I hate reading his endless posts, but this last one was surprisingly short, and but also not full of bullshit!

I just clicked on pre-order, and it still says "Items in this department are available for pre-order and will ship on or around December 20, 2013."
I would consider pre-ordering, but since the shipping date is in the past, I fear I will slip through some sort of portal in the space/time continuum. Consequently, I will wait to order until it has already been shipped to many people, and I can confirm that the item does, in fact, exist.
