Isn't it the Coldsore guy who admitted to ripping off Kraftwerk and responded to the accusation saying something like: "Nobody knows who they are anyway." ???

And he stole his daughter's name Apple from his road manager, who named his kid that first.

Even at the prices being charged ($80-$225), ALL 15 shows will sell-out.

I know she won't tour, but I sincerely hope she does at least a few residencies on this side of the Atlantic. London in the summer is just too expensive and far away for me...

The news I was looking for here was the percent progress (last I heard it was 10% a few months back), and the breaking news came in the last paragraphs...and this is really good news...

"...began removing fuel units from the storage pool of the No.4 reactor in November of last year. The pool held 1,533 units of fuel, of which 1,331 are highly radioactive spent fuel.

As of Tuesday, 550 fuel units had been removed and transferred to another storage pool."

The gun worked....at getting the owner shot. Owning a gun is more likely to get you shot than protect you from criminals. This statistic that proves this is in the gun thread proves this. Believing that owning a gun does not increase the likelihood of the owner getting injured or killed with a firearm is foolish.

As the between the richer getting richer and the middle class and poor gets poorer, your going to see more and more crime, especially where there are more gun ownerships per capita and less gun laws. The ONLY solution is through wealth redistribution and more gun laws & less guns.

Guys guys guys, before you start thinking odd things:
-Capital punishment is very illegal in the EU - in fact a prerequisite of becoming an EU member is abolishing capital punishment; suggesting it should be brought back in practice when you're a politician is basically a very effective way to kill your career out here. So is suggesting that it should be allowed to kill burglars or robbers. We believe in that "right to live" thing, you know, the Universal Human Rights thing that the US never bothered to sign because they prefer to shoot people?
-The police press conference will be held in 15 minutes and before that you won't know anything relevant.
-Take your bickering to that Gun topic: there's no sense in having two illegible topics.

That's good, it's releasing pressure. A lot of little aftershocks helps keep the big one away...so they say. :|

We all knew the last part. I've been shake, rattled and rolled all my life. Like you, if your on the Pacific ring of fire it's a way of life. When the big one comes, I'll be flappin' my arms (flappin' em', flappin' 'em.) tryin to fly. That's about the only way out of an 10.0....which is coming to a populated area near you at any given moment. So relax, be happy, then kiss your ass goodbye when needed. Ha!

Richard Petty's wife dies at age 72

RANDLEMAN, N.C. -- Lynda Petty, the wife of NASCAR Hall of Famer Richard Petty, died Tuesday after battling cancer for several years. She was 72.

Petty Motorsports spokesman Jeff Dennison said in a statement that Petty was surrounded by her family when she died at her home in Level Cross. He said she had been fighting cancer for the past several years.

Lynda Petty helped start the Racing Wives Auxiliary, a benevolent fund for injured members of the NASCAR community. The group was formed by the wives of drivers, crews and sponsors.

"Through the years, Lynda became an integral part of the NASCAR landscape. We have lost a true friend, who will be missed each and every day," said NASCAR chairman and CEO Brian France.

Besides her husband, Lynda Petty is survived by son Kyle, two daughters, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

"It was no secret that she was the cornerstone of the Petty family; a woman of humility and extraordinary strength," said Austin Petty, Lynda and Richard's grandson and chief operating officer of Victory Junction, a camp for children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses.

"While we mourn her death, we also celebrate her life and the profound impact she had on those who knew her," Austin Petty said.

A private memorial service is scheduled for Reverie Place in Randleman. No date or time was given.

I feel a put on. From who is the question. The vandals have graduated from taken the handles and moved straight to devious plots? Were the razor blades found on the grassy knoll too? :?
