This was my first ZPZ show, and my first real exposure to the music of Frank Zappa. The minute they were announced as an addition to the festival I immediately felt that the price of the festival ticket would be well worth it. So many of my favorite artists have noted they were influenced by Frank and have covered his music but I've never heard it presented in it's proper form. I loved that the band did not cater to the crowd and play "the hits" (of IMO the hits...) Overall, this show did not disappoint in the least - I didn't know the words to a single song but I rocked out like I was a long time fan.
