MY husband purchased tickets in May for your concert at the casino. On Sunday, July 31, he was hospitalized and was in ICU. He just got out of the hospital yesterday. I called Ticketmaster to exchange the tickets for your Monday, August 8th show in Buffalo. We do live in the Buffalo area, but I have been extremely unsuccessful with ticketmaster. My husband is a huge fan and attends all your shows. He ordered the tickets in May because you did not have a concert date for the Buffalo area. Can you provide any help? He still has the concert tickets for August 2 that were not used.
