Did you attend this show at the House of Blues in Atlantic City?

Dweezil and the band would love to read your reviews.

Please do not post in this thread if you did not attend the show.

Having seen Frank years ago I went to this show expecting very little. I was very wrong, the band was tight, the set list good and Dwezil wasn't a no tallent hack, which was what I was expecting. I will absolutly go again if they come this way again.

Hey, everyone, this is PeachesEnRegalia. I just can't remember my password right now.

Anyway, the show was amazing. I am SPEECHLESS. No words that I can say can explain what I have just witnessed. Well, I'll start with the setlist.

All of these songs probably aren't in the right order

V Black Napkins
Cheepnis
How Could I Be Such a Fool?
I Ain't Got No Heart
I'm Not Satisfied
*My mind of the order starts to blur at this point*
V Dumb All Over
Doreen
Carolina Hardcore Ecstasy
Pygmy Twylyte
What's New In Baltimore?
Dupree's Paradise (Phrase: The last time I beat you up I had a fabulous time w/ Heavy Duty Judy vamp for bass solo)
Uncle Remus
Willie The Pimp
Wind Up Workin' at a Gas Station
Zoot Allures (w/ Ship Ahoy solo)
V Cosmik Debris
Dog/Meat
G-Spot Tornado
Yo' Mama (Dweezil forgot some of the lyrics  )

ENCORE:
The Illinois Enema Bandit
V Muffin Man (dedicated to a FZ fan who died recently)

Now, on to my thoughts. The sound was suberb, and the atmosphere was great. Dweezil blew me away with his solos. Ray's vocals were amazing. Scheila was played great and looked great (there aren't a whole lot who can do that, now is there). I have waited for over 2 months for this show since I got my tickets and I expected greatness, and my expectations were exceeded. I don't know what else to say except this:

Thanks to all of you for carrying on and keeping alive Frank's music. You do a great job doing it, as well as keeping the fans excited. I can't thank you enough.

I picked up a copy of Zappa Wazoo, and from what I've heard, it's pretty good. They were also selling the DVD, but the lady said that it's the European version, so it will only work on certain DVD players (but surely on your computer). So let me know if something is wrong with my setlist (I'm sure there is, but I think I covered all of the songs.)

If anyone can find some videos of this show or anything else please let me know, I will be very happy.

For now, just remember: Music is the best!

I would just like to say thanks to Sheila for signing her setlist and giving it to me! You are awesome and you were looking good tonight!

Thanks also to Dweezil for sticking around to sign my setlist, you went above and beyond signing tonight.

This was my second show this year, Halloween was my first. I attended 3 last year. The venue was great as was the sound. A lot better than the Beacon!

Dweezil you would make Frank proud. Your solos were amazing and you made it look so easy. Please bring this show back again next year.

Ray White is just unbelievable! Seen him with Frank a few times and hasn't missed a beat.

Sheila is just awesome! Didn't get to see the double sax solo tonight but your solos were awesome!

The whole band is just so much tighter than last year.

Peaches, I rearranged your setlist for you!

V Black Napkins
Cheepnis
How Could I Be Such a Fool?
I Ain't Got No Heart
I'm Not Satisfied
Doreen
Carolina Hardcore Ecstasy
V Dumb All Over
What's New In Baltimore?
Pygmy Twylyte

Wind Up Workin' at a Gas Station
San Berdino

My wife and were extremelly entertained at this show in AC! This was my 4th ZPZ show to date and #2 for my wife. We were at first very disapointed with our seats (row B seats 38-39 golden circle) do to the fact that we couldn't see the the big screen at all. :( The HOB has misrepresented their seating with this golden circle malarky. The best seats in the house should without question allow clear view to the big screen center stage!! End Rant.

We were literally blown away with the performance of the band. Dwezil performed amazingly with his tremendous and technical guitar approach. Ray White has the most powerful and meaningful vocals I have ever heard in my life!! I am lost for words and comend each band member for an unforgetable performance. Thank you Dwezil and Ray for signing our tickets and I can't wait to see the next performance.
