Thank you so much Dweezil for your show in Québec City last night.
Nothing could be more perfect to celebrate my 50th anniversary
in my hometown with my close friends. We had the pleasure to be
really close (5th row: EE). 8)

The band, the sound, the pleasure you guys have on stage,
all was perfect and awesome !!! Brilliant musicians !!!
What about Mr Ray White ? Ray is still Ray. He still has
that powerfull pitch and great communicative pleasure.
Purely awesome !!! Hey!!! Brilliant Soundstaff !!! All was intelligible (thumbs up to you all!!!)

Thank you for your generosity Dweezil. Thank you for
presenting Joes' Garage and Sheik Yerbouti material.
You are doing an incredible job on guitar and all.

You guys have done an OUTSTANDING performance playing this highly dense and
mathematicaly complicated G-Spot Tornado (The Yellow Shark) :D 8)

Thank you for taking the time for a hand shake and signing my ticket. 8)

Please come back ASAP.
Frank came 7 times in Québec City. I never missed a Show.
Hopefully you will also comeback to Québec, at least yearly,
just like Frank did

Oh... BTW: The Frank's footages running in the background were
really neat. This is great initiative material for new publics. 8)

Can't wait to bring my three young kids to your shows ...

All our gratitude and respect 8)

Sincerly,

Yves Malouin

The Quebec concert was FANTASTIC! I had loved ZPZ last year in Montreal and this year is even better...In Montreal we were standing up for 3 hours and it was a drag, but in Québec we could sit and enjoy the concert, giving standing ovations allmost after every piece.

Dweezil is becoming a great guitar player( but not a great singer) and the band is excellent!!! As an old fan i appreciated the Absolutely Free Medley (Suzie Creamcheese, Brown Shoes..America drinks..), i love the early Mothers stuff, but all the concert was FAB. G Spot Tornado was very very good too. What a great concert! And Ray White made the place explose with his fantastic Illinois Enema Bandit, what a great singer!!!

What i appreciated also was the fact that is was absolutely not the same set list as last year.I hate to hear a band allways doing the same stuff. Please come back again in Quebec with again some new stuff...and early Mothers stuff would be appreciated by the fans here (who were last night allmost all over 40/50).

As leader of Viva Zappa, a band that in Quebec city plays every last saturday of march a FZ celebration in a little bar (Bal du Lézard) , i appreciate that we dont share the same set list and dont have to be compare with such a fantastic band as FPZ...

I attended toronto's last year concert, it was great but not as much this year!!

I liked the variety of tunes (Suzy CC,Uncle Remus, Willy the Pimp and even one from Jazz from Hell album).

The band was tight and Dweezil is solid as a rock!

Thanks for that great show, I hope you come back to Quebec next year for another one!!

:D

Thundering,mammoth,colossal
I was totally blown away!

The band was tight, the sound was amazing.
I just couldn't get up to have a beer, totally immersed in the Zappa universe.
The soundstage became so big at times that it felt like the whole fucking galaxy was filled. (I didn't smoke nothing either)

Can't wait for your next visit!
Keep going guys , you're the epitome of the totally freaked out music scene.

Thank you ZPZ!!!

]What an honor to celebrates FZ 's music, what a great show it was!!! there were some unforgettable moments like Dweezil playing along with Frank, it was a touching moment in the music's history.

the band is so much talented and Dweezil you are so much talented and we love you not only because you are the son of FZ but because you give all yuo got when you're onstage and this shows brings joy wherever it goes!

Having had attented the ZPZ in 2006 in Montreal, i have to say that event though i bought the ticket just to go see Steve Vai who is for me THE BEST guitarist in the world i was so stunned when on the show in Montreal , at the second duet with Steve Vai, you shined and was so brillant, in those duet usually it is like a competiton and we want to see wich one is the best, but you were so great Dweezil!!!! I could not say wich one was the best and you gained me as a fan because of that moment (amongs other later).

what a show it was with Terry Bozzio ( the best drummer i have ever seen!!!!!! sadly he was not well informed of the political situation in the Quebec's province and his words deceived many, but he is the best and hopefully he will return someday in the FZP. But i can understand that people thinks we want to seperate of Canada, we were always represents by some clowns that kept on lying about the quebecers feeling about the seperation and the truth is that is has been 10 years at least that people don't want to hear about it! We were so tired and frustrated to hear about it, we elected the conservative party!!! and what a great job they are doing!!! Would you believe that the mp got Quebec's recognized in the french community as a french speaking province!!!!! enough politics!!!)

Having Steve vai on that zappa plays zappa allowed me to apppreciate ZPZ and even though i have waiting 12 hours outside, it was worthing all the effort!

Dweezil is so a very gifted guitarist and singer ( i had shivers when he did sing like Frank!!!!)

Dweezil has it all ; he is looking good, is kind, a great guitarist, a great singer, is very generous; we will never forget that you took the time after the show to shake hands and meet all his fans and give autographs ( i have mine and will always keep it as long as i live!!!! This is priceless!, what a moment many of us will never forget, i felt speechless at that moment!!! )

It is no wonder why some people could feel jealous of Dweezil, but some of them went off the hall duriing the show, buying beers all night (like if that was the best beer in the world they ever had in their life, meanwhile disturbing all the audience that were seated and they have the guts to say that Dweezil is not a good singer; let me tell you MR. NOBODY KNOWS YOU (andre michaud) AND YOUR BAND AND ATTENTED TO YOUR ZAPPA TRIBUTE; WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR COMMENTS ABOUT ZPZ SINCE YOU MISSED LOTS OF PARTS OF THE SHOW , YOU AND YOUR BAND!!! YOU ARE MAKING SOME MONEY ON THE ZAPPA'S NAME AND YOU ARE POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING YOU AND YOUR BAND.

The Bal du Lezard is a tiny tiny bar (maybe 12 x 12 foot) that is not very famous in Quebec's city and having some people like that playing in his bar won't help them gain some customer...

...

Thanks to Pazzqual, for the setlist!!!!

If anyone did not attend to any ZPZ; come next time, it is a great moment you will have of 3 hours of music and pure fun and great music!

I can only wish that there will be ZPZ DVD 1 & 2 (the 2006 and 2007 shows; both are great and i would like to see all 2 , the music's list is different too!).

Thank you to ZPZ for coming in our small city but very warm one that loves FZ 's music . Thank you for giving us the opportunity to see the show and for the last extra song.

Hoping you will come back in 2008, at Quebec's 400 th anniversary visit us and do a show.

P.S ; Bill Hurting is a very good musician and very sexy too, hoping he will be there too when you come back!!

Thanks you for all the real fans that attented to the show , making a success of that night !

All the ovations (after each songs) was well deserved ZPZ!

devilsred who is not a fan of Celine Dion... (for those who were there...)
